Miele – Important Update: Reorganization and Change of Contact

Dear Valued Retail Partner,

Please be advised of some important changes happening within Miele New Zealand that will impact our communications and support channels.

As part of our ongoing efforts to streamline operations and enhance our customer service and support to our retailers, we are undergoing a reorganization within the business. This reorganization means we will temporarily not have representatives for the central / lower North Island and South Island regions.

During this transition period, there will be a change in your primary contact for customer inquiries and support.

Going forward we request that stores please send floorcare enquiries (orders, service requests, general enquiries) to Hannah O’Brien via nzfloorcareorders@miele.co.nz

I am also available if additional support is required.

For the Northern region there is no change, Christina Williamson and Hannah O’Brien will continue to provide fantastic service to stores as always.

We are committed to maintaining the highest level of service throughout this process. We appreciate your continued trust in Miele and thank you for your understanding during this transition.
