I’ve been in touch with Q Card earlier today and they’ve informed me that they have a new system that will be a thousand times easier and quicker for any new customers wanting to apply for a Q Card. Which, as we can all imagine, all of the people will want to do once we’re all out of the lockdown. Please see the attached guide, and information below, on what this new system entails.
For new applications there are 2 ways customers can do this:
- They visit www.qcard.co.nz and click ’’Apply Now’’. This can be done via phone, laptop, table etc
- Staff once they have logged onto Q Card Portal can send a ‘’Push Text’’ to customers mobile which will have a link directly to the Q Card Application Page
Applications should only take a few minutes and our answers are instant too
Customer gets emailed what our decision is within minutes

Get ready to say welcome to Welcome, flexigroup’s new and improved digital sales portal.
Your current Q Card login details have been carried over to our new system so you will simply need to;
- Login via our new website – portal.flexigroup.co.nz/iq/login
- Click “Forgot My Password”
- Enter your existing Q Card Login ID and D.O.B, choose your password and you’re in!
- If you don’t have Q Card login details email your name and DOB to jack.mcgarry@flexicards.co.nz and one will be set up for you
