Dear All,
As we know, all good things come to an end, and sadly, Clive Ross, our F&P/Haier
Key Account Manager has been moved to a different group of accounts. Ryan Kidd,
which many of you know (he has been the Account Manager for our Northland

which many of you know (he has been the Account Manager for our Northland
members and has attended our conference before), is stepping up to fill this role.
Clive as you all know will leave some pretty BIG shoes to fill.
Clive has worked with the Appnet group for well over 10 years, and not only has he
truly became a part of the Appnet family, but he is also a great friend to many of
you, is always there to offer a helping hand, and magically finds stock when we
thought there was none. Clive has certainly enabled many successes within our
group and has gone over and above to support us all to succeed. Under Clive’s
stewardship, sales have grown exponentially, taking F&P/Haier to be our number
one supplier consistently for the past 5 years, and continuing to grow our business
each year.
We have all had some great laughs with Clive over the many years at conferences, I
think Clive has been to more conferences than any other supplier and many
members. We will certainly miss him!!!
