Our AGM will be held at The Crowne Plaza, Queenstown and via Zoom, on Wednesday 5th May 2021 at 2.45pm. Attached please find the full details in the Notice of the AGM.
Please confirm your attendance and advise if this will be via zoom or in person asap this week. A zoom meeting invite will be sent through next week for those not attending in person.
Attached please find details of the AGM in the AGM letter, as well as the Proxy form for those that are unable to attend in person or via zoom.
Due to the sensitivity of the following documentation, these will be uploaded to the Members website by 5pm Friday 16th April.
